Â On the palate at first the sweet and spicy flavours of poached pears. Â The charming fruit tannin intertwines with the dark rich fruit carrying the flavours to a delightful lingering finish.
Tasted one Friday evening outside our shop with Charlie the winemaker himself, very nice juicy red that would complement tomato based dishes very well.
