What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer standard delivery within 3-5 working days. Shipping is free on orders over £150, while a flat rate of £9.95 applies to smaller orders.
Do you offer next-day delivery for urgent orders?
Yes, next-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12:00 PM Monday through Thursday. Please select the 'Express Shipping' option at checkout.
What happens if a bottle arrives broken?
While we use specialized protective packaging, accidents can happen. If your order is damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo of the breakage, and we will issue a replacement or refund immediately.
Can I return a wine if I don't like the taste?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If a wine is corked or faulty, we will provide a full refund. However, we cannot accept returns for wines based on personal taste preference once the bottle has been opened.
Do I need to be home to sign for my delivery?
Yes. Because we sell age-restricted goods, an adult over the age of 18 must be present to sign for the delivery. Our couriers operate a 'Challenge 25' policy.
Do you offer discounts for bulk or wholesale orders?
Absolutely. We offer tiered pricing for cases and bulk purchases. If you are ordering for a corporate event or a wedding, please contact our sales team for a bespoke quote.
